Here is what to expect when ordering from Conlemany. Delivery charges depend on your destination and parcel weight. Your available delivery options and final charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery rates at a glance
- Ireland and Northern Ireland: standard delivery from €4.80; heavier parcels €9.
- Great Britain and eligible European destinations listed below: standard delivery from €12; heavier parcels €15.
- Other supported international destinations: standard delivery from €20; heavier parcels €35.
These rates are in euro. The applicable rate depends on your delivery address and order weight.
Free delivery on orders €65+
Free standard tracked delivery is available when your order reaches €65 or more after discounts, excluding delivery charges, to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the eligible European destinations below. No delivery code is needed; select the free delivery option shown at checkout.
Eligible European destinations: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Vatican City.
The €65 free-delivery offer does not apply to destinations outside this list. For example, Cyprus, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland use our international delivery rates.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Ireland, the UK, eligible European destinations and selected countries worldwide. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability. If your country is unavailable or you cannot see a delivery option, email hello@conlemany.com and we will help.
Dispatch and delivery times
We normally dispatch orders within 24 business hours. During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, dispatch can take up to 72 business hours because of higher order volumes.
Our usual standard-delivery estimate for Ireland and European destinations is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates. For other international destinations, please contact us for guidance before ordering.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it.
