- If there is an issue with your item please contact us at hello@conlemany.com as soon as your product has been received.
- You can return any unwanted items within 35 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- All returns are evaluated before an exchanges or a refund can be processed.
- Unless faulty, all medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If you change your mind about an unused item you have received in the last 35 days, simply return it in its original packaging and we will go ahead with a refund once the items have been received and inspected.
